Buttery and creamy sweet potato served warm on the side of any main course.
Ingredients
24 OZ / 680 G sweet potatoes (2 or 3 medium)
18.5 OZ / 530 ML hot water
2 OZ / 55 G butter
1 TSP salt
1 TSP white pepper
4 OZ / 120 ML milk
Directions
Add water to mixing bowl. Wash the sweet potatoes. Attach the deep steaming tray and arrange potatoes in the tray. Steam potatoes for 40 minutes.
Once cooked, remove from mixing bowl, allow to cool and peel the skin. Clean the mixing bowl and add the potatoes, milk, salt, pepper and butter. Chop for 30 seconds / speed 5. Remove potato and clean the mixing bowl again.
Add an extra helping of butter on the top. Enjoy your dish!

TIP:
Add some heavy cream or milk to the the potato for a smoother creamy finish.
