Add the water and salt to the mixing bowl. Preheat your water using the steaming mode.
Add the pasta to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, cook the pasta for 10 minutes / 230°F|110°C. Once done, strain the pasta using the simmering basket and put it into a large bowl. Toss with 1 TBSP of olive oil to prevent sticking.
Peel your garlic and onion, then add them to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, chop your vegetables for 10 seconds / speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add your spinach and olive oil to the mixing bowl. Using the sauté mode, sauté your spinach with the measuring cup removed for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid and stir your spinach with your spatula. Add in your vegetable broth and nutritional yeast, along with some seasoning. Cook your spinach with the measuring cup inserted for 5 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 2 / stir.
Once the sauce is cooked, blend the sauce with the measuring cup inserted for 30 seconds / speed 10. Once blended, pour the hot sauce over your pasta and toss through, serving it immediately.
