This is a tangy, sweet dessert laced with sweet, fruity flavors.
Directions
Add pine nuts into the mixing bowl. Chop for 20 seconds / speed 5.
Add marmalade. Chop for 3 seconds / speed 10. Use spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Add corn syrup and honey to the mixing bowl. Cook the mixture for 20 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 1. Remove mixture from bowl and allow to set.
Spread the reserved pine nuts on a plate and form approx. 10g small balls of the sweet mix. Coat it with extra chopped pine nuts.
Decorate the Yuja sweet with pumpkin seeds or pine leaves. Enjoy your dish!
