A quick keto-friendly and gluten-free snack that has a gentle heat from the mild chili pepper and rich in creaminess from the cheese.
Ingredients
8 EA whole jalapeno
5.5 OZ / 150 G cream cheese
16 EA streaky bacon
17.5 OZ / 500 ML water
Directions
With a small knife, split the jalapeno in half and leave the stork attached. Remove the seeds then spoon in the cream cheese. Wrap tightly around the pepper with two layers of bacon. Add to the deep steaming tray.
Add your water to the mixing bowl and attach your steaming tray. Steam your poppers for 25 minutes. Place onto a plate and enjoy straight up or with any of our dips.
