Easily make this pizza dough from scratch with Pronto!
Ingredients
10.5 OZ / 300 G 00 flour
7 OZ / 200 ML water
1 TSP sugar
1 TSP yeast
1 TBSP olive oil
1 TSP salt
Directions
Mix flour, yeast, olive oil and sugar in a bowl. Mix salt and water in a small bowl.
Slowly pour the water to the flour mixture and mix. When all the water goes in, remove the dough to the table and knead by hand until it becomes a smooth dough.
TIP: If you have a bread machine, you can use the kneading mode.
Spray the simmering basket and place a parchment paper at the bottom. Place the dough on top. Insert the simmering basket, close the lid and let it proof using the ferment mode for 30 minutes.
