Ingredients
28 OZ / 800 G potatoes
9 OZ / 250 ML milk
0.5 OZ / 20 G butter
1 PINCH nutmeg
1 PINCH salt
1 PINCH pepper
17.5 OZ / 500 ML water
Directions
Pour 17 oz / 500 ml water into the mixing bowl.
Peel, wash and halve the potatoes. Add to the simmering basket.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Remove the simmering basket with spatula, pour out the water from the mixing bowl.
Add the potatoes with the milk and butter into mixing bowl.
Chop them for 6 seconds / speed 6.
Season with nutmeg, pepper and salt and serve hot.
