Pour this sauce over ice cream or in cocktails. It is such a great way to use up left over berries.
Ingredients
7 OZ / 200 G blackberries
7 OZ / 200 G blueberries
7 OZ / 200 G raspberries
7 OZ / 200 G sugar
3.5 OZ / 100 G water
0.5 EA lemon
Directions
Wash your berries then add them to the mixing bowl along with the sugar, water and lemon. Cook the sauce for 15 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 1 / stir.
Enjoy your dish! Use any leftover berries for this dish and it can store in the fridge for weeks.
