Ingredients
1 TSP sesame
1/4 TSP salt
15 EA fresh basil
1 EA garlic clove
1.75 OZ / 50 G green olives
5.25 OZ / 150 G Cottage cheese
2.75 OZ / 75 G yogurt
1/4 TSP pepper
Directions
Roast the sesame in a frying pan without any grease and smash in a mortar together with salt until it becomes a powder-like texture.
Wash the basil and shake to rinse.
Peel the garlic clove. Place the basil leaves, dried tomatoes, and garlic in the mixing bowl.
Chop everything for 5 seconds / speed 5.
Add cottage cheese, the yogurt, the pepper and the sesame-dust to the mixing bowl.
Mix everything for 20 seconds / speed 3 /reverse until even.
