Make this creamy spinach and artichoke dip for a quick condiment to your chips or a spread on your bread.
Ingredients
5.5 OZ / 150 G cream cheese
0.5 EA lemon
3.5 OZ / 100 G baby spinach
14 OZ / 400 G Canned artichoke hearts
0.5 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
Directions
Grate the lemon zest and juice the lemon, then reserve for later. Wash and dry the spinach then add to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds / speed 10 with the measuring cup inserted. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Strain your artichokes, then add them to the mixing bowl, along with the cream cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl. Mix for 30 seconds / speed 6. Transfer to another bowl and chill until ready to serve.
