Strawberry Raspberry Syrup
Directions
Hull and half strawberries and add to mixing bowl. Add raspberries, sugar, water and lemon juice.
Remove the measuring cup, cook berries for 25 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 1 / stir.
Allow mixture to cool for 10 minutes, then strain through fine mesh sieve.
Enjoy!

TIPS:
- For a non-alcoholic drink, combine simple syrup with ice and chilled sparkling water.
- Syrup can also be served over ice cream for another sweet treat.
