1 EA banana
3.5 OZ / 100 G natural yogurt
10.5 OZ / 300 ML milk
Directions
Add your pomegranate seeds, banana, yogurt and milk to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, blend your drink for 45 seconds / speed 9.
