This orange mimosa is made from sparkling wine and fresh orange, a perfect cocktail for your brunch!
Ingredients
26.5 OZ / 750 G sparkling wine
4 EA oranges
2 OZ / 50 G sugar
Directions
Juice the oranges, then add the juice to the mixing bowl along with the sugar. Make the orange syrup with the measuring cup removed in sauté mode for 10 minutes. Once cooked, allow to cool down and refrigerate till cold.
Add some of your orange mix to the bottom of the glass, then top them with sparkling wine.
