Ingredients
9 OZ / 250 G macaroni
5.5 OZ / 150 G cheddar
2 OZ / 50 G parmesan
14 OZ / 400 ML milk
2 OZ / 50 G american cheese
1.5 OZ / 40 G butter
1 OZ / 30 G plain flour
1 PINCH ground nutmeg
1 PINCH pepper
1 TSP salt
53 OZ / 1.5 L water
Directions
Add the water ad macaroni to the pressure cooker bowl. Close the lid and cook at high pressure for 5 minutes. Once done, drain and reserve for later.
Melt the butter in sauté mode for 1 second / 295°F|145°C.
Add the flour and keep stirring it in sauté mode for 2 minutes / 295°F|145°C until it becomes a dough.
Slowly pour the milk in and keep stirring it using the sauté mode for 5 minutes / 295°F|145°C.
Add back the macaroni with cheese, nutmeg and seasoning. Mix well.
