Chicken Noodle Soup - Pronto

An easy comfort soup with chicken thigh, egg noodles and bok choy for a more flavorful taste, bringing you back to your hometown.
Ingredients
2 TBSP butter
0.5 EA onion
5.5 OZ / 150 G carrot
7 OZ / 200 G bok choy
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
53 OZ / 1.5 L chicken stock
35.5 OZ / 1 KG chicken thighs, with skin
5.5 OZ / 150 G egg noodles
Directions
Add your butter and preheat the pressure cooker using the sauté mode for 1 second / 320°F|160°C.
Peel and dice the onion and carrot. Wash the bok choy. Slice the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
Add the onion, garlic, chicken thigh and carrot. Cook in sauté mode and keep stirring for 4 minutes / 360°F|180°C.
Add the chicken stock, bok choy and noodle. Close the lid and cook in high pressure cook mode for 2 minutes.
