Try this slightly spicy and smoky condiment and use it as a spread for your burgers or as a dip for veggies, nuggets or chips.
Ingredients
7 OZ / 200 G mayonnaise
2 EA chipotle in adobo
1 EA lime
7 OZ / 200 G sour cream
1 PINCH salt
Directions
Add your mayonnaise to the mixing along with the chipotle, sour cream, salt, lime zest and lime juice. With the measuring cup inserted, mix for 30 seconds / speed 6. Remove from the mixing bowl and serve.
