With an extra creaminess from cream cheese, this keto-friendly creamed spinach goes well with any roast or cooked pasta!
Ingredients
10.5 OZ / 300 G baby spinach
2 TBSP olive oil
3 OZ / 80 ML heavy cream
3.5 OZ / 100 G cream cheese
1 TBSP garlic powder
0.5 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
Directions
Add your spinach to the mixing bowl. Chop for 8 seconds / speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add your garlic powder and olive oil to the mixing bowl. Sauté your spinach with the measuring cup removed for 5 minutes / 250°F|120°C.
Remove the lid and stir your spinach with your spatula. Add in your cream cheese and heavy cream, along with some seasoning. Cook your creamed spinach for 5 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 2 / stir.
