Ingredients
2 OZ / 50 ML vegetable oil
10.5 OZ / 300 G short noodles (N°2)
10.5 OZ / 300 G tomatoes
3.5 OZ / 100 G yellow onion
1 CLOVE garlic
1 OZ / 30 G canned chipotle pepper
2 EA ancho pepper (dried)
3.5 OZ / 100 G sour cream
2 TSP cilantro leaves
2 OZ / 50 G avocado slices
1 TBSP salt
17.5 OZ / 500 ML water
Directions
Add the oil and noodles to the mixing bowl. Cook with the measuring cup removed in sauté mode for 10 minutes / 250°F|120°C. Remove the noodles and set them aside. Clean out the mixing bowl.
Peel your onion and garlic. Add your tomatoes, onion, garlic clove, chipotle pepper, ancho pepper, one TBSP of salt and 4 OZ / 120 ML of water into the mixing bowl. Process the sauce with the measuring cup inserted for 30 seconds / speed 10. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add the noodles back into the mixing bowl along with remaining water and cook with the measuring cup removed for 10 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 1 / stir.
Serve your noodles on a plate, garnish with sour cream, cilantro leaves and avocado slices. Enjoy your dish!
Recipe Note
TIPS:
The noodles should be moist, not watery. It is important that all the liquid evaporates. Add more time if necessary.
If you can not find short noodles, break spaghetti into 1-inch pieces.
