Our twist on this super cheesy Chicken Parma recipe, with only 6 ingredients and you have a complete meal!
Ingredients
2 EA chicken fillets
10.5 OZ / 300 ML marinara sauce
4.5 OZ / 125 G buffalo mozzarella
10.5 OZ / 300 G asparagus
3.5 OZ / 100 G croutons
2 OZ / 50 ML water
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
Directions
Using a rolling pin, slightly flatten out your chicken fillets then season very well with salt and pepper. Slice your mozzarella in half and add it on top of the chicken. Lay the chicken fillets onto the deep steaming tray.
Wash and trim your asparagus, then add to the shallow steaming tray.
Add your marinara sauce to the mixing bowl with the water and insert both steaming sets. Cook your chicken for 25 minutes / 230°F|110°C / speed 2 / stir.
TIP: The cooking time of your chicken fillet will depend on how thick it is.
Lay your cheesy chicken onto a plate then spread your sauce over the top. Add your asparagus then garnish with the croutons.
