Ingredients
16 OZ / 450 G Cauliflower
24 OZ / 700 ML boiling water
1 TBSP salt
Directions
Cut the cauliflower into florets and place it into the mixing bowl.
Chop for 3 seconds / speed 5. Use spatula to scrape down sides of mixing bowl.
Then chop again for 2 seconds / speed 5 / stir.
Pour boiling water into the mixing bowl with salt. Add the cauliflower to the steaming tray and steam it for 8 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 2.
Serve with some crispy bacon as an option. Enjoy your dish!
