This Bolognese sauce is the right sauce to be paired with your meat for a classic spaghetti bolognese, lasagna, or mix it in other pasta dishes.
Ingredients
2 TBSP olive oil
0.5 EA onion (medium)
2 CLOVES garlic
14 OZ / 400 G beef
4 TBSP tomato puree
14 OZ / 400 G canned chopped tomato
2 TBSP brown sugar
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
1 TBSP italian dried herbs
3.5 OZ / 100 ML beef stock
Directions
Add olive oil to your pressure cooker bowl. Preheat the pressure cooker with the olive oil in sauté mode for 1 second / 360°F|180°C.
Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic.
Add the onion, garlic and beef to the pressure cooker. Cook and keep stirring it in sauté mode for 10 minutes / 360°F|180°C to avoid burning at the bottom.
Add the tomato puree, chopped tomato, sugar, salt, black pepper, Italian dried herbs and beef stock to the pressure cooker. Cook in high pressure cook mode for 7 minutes.
