5 Chicken fillets
2 Heads of Broccoli
2 Garlic bulbs
1 Yellow Onion
200ml / 7 ozHeavy Cream
225g / 8oZ Creamcheese
1100ml / 37 oz Chicken Stock (Or 3 Stock cubes)
Broccoli and Chicken soup
600 ml / 20 oz Chicken Stock
1 head of Broccoli
Half Yellow Onion
2 Garlic cloves
1 EA Chicken fillet
1 TBSP Olive oil
Salt and Pepper

Peel your onion and garlic then add to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted chop your vegetables using speed setting 5 for 8 seconds on manual mode with the measuring inserted.

Add your olive oil into the mixing bowl and sauté your vegetables using sauté mode for 3 minutes with the measuring cup removed.

Floret your broccoli and add that to the mixing bowl along with your stock. Add the chicken breast into the simmering basket and add to the mixing bowl. Cook your soup ingredients for 25 mins using manual mode speed 2 stir at 212F/100c with the measuring cup inserted.

Once cooked carefully remove your simmering basket and then add your chicken to the mixing bowl along with some salt and pepper and some heavy cream. Process your soup with the measuring cup inserted for 60 seconds speed setting 10 on manual mode.

Serve hot with a dash of cream if desired.
Steamed Chicken with Garlic sauce and Broccoli
2 EA Chicken fillet
1 head Broccoli
Half Yellow onion
2 Garlic bulbs
500 ml / 17oz Chicken stock
100g / 3oz Cream cheese
50ml / 2oz Heavy cream
2 TBSP Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Peel your garlic and onion then add to the mixing bowl along with your chicken stock.

Prepare your chicken and add it to your deep steaming tray drizzling with oil and seasoning with salt and pepper.

Pick the florets off the broccoli and add it into the shallow steaming tray again drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Attach your steaming sets and using steaming mode cook for 20 minutes.

Once cooked remove your steaming sets and insert the lid. Add the cream cheese and cream into the garlic mix with a little salt and with the measuring cup inserted process your sauce at speed setting 10 for 30 seconds.

Serve chicken and broccoli on a plate with the sauce spooned over the top.
Keto Chicken Dip
2 Chickenfillet
150g / 5oz Cream cheese
150g / 5oz Heavy cream
500ml / 20oz Water
Salt and pepper to taste
- Add your water to the mixing bowl and insert the deep steaming tray. Lay your chicken into the deep steaming tray and season well with the salt and pepper.

Steam your chicken fillets for 20 minutes on steaming mode. Once cooked allow to cool down completely. Clean the mixing bowl well.
- Add your cooked chicken fillets into the mixing bowl along with the cream cheese, cream and some more seasoning of salt and pepper. Attach the lid and with the measuring cup inserted and process your mix at speed setting 8 for 30 seconds.
