The peppery heat of mustard goes great with this classic potato dish. Perfect to be eaten alongside beef.
Ingredients
28 OZ / 500 G potatoes
9 OZ / 250 ML milk
1 OZ / 20 G butter
1 PINCH nutmeg (optional)
1 PINCH salt
1 PINCH pepper
2 OZ / 50 G whole grain mustard
17.5 OZ / 500 ML water
Directions
Pour water into the mixing bowl. Peel, wash and halve the potatoes then add to the simmering basket. Steam the potatoes for 30 minutes.
Remove the simmering basket and remove the water from the mixing bowl. Add the potatoes back to the mixing bowl along with the with the milk, mustard and butter. Mix the potato for 6 seconds / speed 6.
Season with nutmeg, pepper and salt and serve while it is still hot. Enjoy your dish!
