Enhance the flavor of your garlic oil by infusing it with aromatic thyme. Have this garlic and thyme oil for cooking or as a dressing for your vegan or keto-friendly meal!
2 EA garlic bulbs
26.5 OZ / 750 ML light vegetable oil
1 OZ / 30 G thyme
Prepare your garlic by breaking them up and washing them well. Make sure you dry them really well then add to the mixing bowl along with the oil and thyme. Cook your garlic, thyme and oil for 70 minutes / 195°F|90°C / speed 1 / stir.
Allow your garlic and oil to cool down to room temperature before pouring it into a storage container.
You can use this oil for cooking or for a dressing. Enjoy!
