Ingredients
2.5 OZ / 75 G sea salt
2 OZ / 50 G black peppercorn
1 OZ / 25 G smoked paprika
1 OZ / 25 G onion granules
1 OZ / 25 G garlic granules
2 OZ / 50 G soft brown sugar
1 OZ / 25 G coriander seed
Directions
Add your all your spices, sugar and salt to the mixing bowl, then pulverize the mix for 30 seconds / speed 10.
