Right in season, fresh from the cob, this shake is served cold and it will leave you craving for another.
Ingredients
3.5 OZ / 100 G sweet corn kernels
17.5 OZ / 500 ML milk
1 TSP honey
Directions
Soak your corn kernels in water for 20 minutes to help to remove the starch.
Add your corn to the mixing bowl and pulverize the corn with a dash of milk. With the measuring cup inserted, process for 1 minute / speed 10. Scrape down the sides.
Add your milk to the mixing bowl and blend the milk and corn together for 45 seconds / speed 10. For a smooth texture, pass your shake through a sieve. Empty the shake to a glass with ice cubes.
