Make these Savory muffins in advance store in the fridge. Full of smokey bacon and tomato, grab them quick on your way out of the door to work!
Directions
Add the bacon and sun dried tomatoes to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds / speed 7. Scrape down the sides.
Add the butter to the mixing bowl and sauté the bacon for 5 minutes. Whilst the bacon cooks, grate your cheese and set aside.
Once the bacon is cooked add the flour, milk, salt, baking powder, chives, cheese and lastly the eggs to the mixing bowl. Knead for 10 seconds.
Preheat your oven to 320°F / 160°C. Divide your mix into 12 muffin cases and bake for 25 minutes.
