This one takes a week to get going but it is still a quick one!
Ingredients
1.5 TSP instant yeast
17.5 OZ / 500 G strong bread flour
17.5 OZ / 500 ML water
Directions
Add your yeast, water and flour into the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, knead. Once done, add your mix into a bowl and leave covered for one day at room temperature.
Once a day, stir your starter well and cover again. Repeat this from day 2 to day 6.
On day 7, remove about a quarter of the mix and feed the starter with extra flour and water to replace what you took out. Store in the fridge and repeat this weekly.
You have made it.

TIPS:
Add some starter into any of our dough recipes for a unique taste.
Make sure your bowl is big enough, as it will expand a lot on the first day.
If the dough does not grow enough, add a portion of sugar and put it in a warm place.
