Ingredients
0.5 BUNCH parsley
3 OZ / 80 G onion
1.5 OZ / 40 G pickled gherkin
2 TSP capers
1 EA egg
1 TSP lemon juice
1 TSP Dijon mustard
0.5 TSP salt
0.5 TSP sugar
0.25 TSP pepper
7 OZ / 200 ML grapeseed oil
2 EA hard boiled eggs
Directions
Peel the onion, cut into quarters and place into mixing bowl with the parsley, gherkins and capers. Blend for 8 seconds / speed 7. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add the egg, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and sugar into mixing bowl. Mix them for 20 seconds / speed 3.
Slowly pour the oil in while the machine is running for 2 minutes / speed 2, to make the mayonnaise
Peel and chop the boiled egg and add to the mayonnaise mix into mixing bowl. Chop for 5 seconds / speed 4.
