Enjoy this dairy-free, refreshing sorbet with only 2 ingredients in less than 10 minutes!
Ingredients
12 EA clementines
2 TBSP corn syrup
Directions
Prepare your fruit by removing the skin and any seeds from the clementines. Place in a freezer bag and freeze overnight.
Add your frozen fruit and corn syrup to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, chop the fruit for 20 seconds / speed 10. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Blend the mix again with the measuring cup inserted for 20 seconds / speed 10. Serve immediately or place in the freezer till ready to serve.

TIPS:
You can use clementines, satsumas, or tangerines for this recipe.
Separate the clementines into 2 bags to prevent it becomes a large block.
If your clementines are frozen in a big lump, give your food bag a good bang on the table.
