Try this simple recipe, high in fiber and perfect for a snack.
Ingredients
9 OZ / 250 G rolled oats
4.5 OZ / 125 G butter
2 OZ / 50 G golden syrup
4.5 OZ / 125 G golden caster sugar
2 OZ / 50 G raisins
Directions
Add your oats into the mixing bowl. Toast the oats for 5 minutes / 265°F|130°C in sauté mode.
Add sugar, butter, raisins and syrup into the mixing bowl. Cook for 3 minutes / 265°F|130°C / speed 2 / stir.
Preheat your oven to 200°C / 410°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper then compress the mix tightly into the sheet. Bake for 15 minutes then allow to cool before slicing and serving.
