A perfect and quick protein intake, and it is easy to peel.
Ingredients
10 EA egg
70.5 OZ / 2 L cold water
1 TBSP vinegar
1 TBSP salt
Directions
Place the eggs in the simmering basket. Add the water, salt and vinegar to the pressure cooker.
Insert the simmering basket and close the lid. Cook the egg using the pressure cook mode in low pressure for 5 minutes.
