Preheat the pressure cooker with vegetable oil using the sauté mode for 1 minute / 360°F|180°C.
Peel and roughly chop the onion into 1-inch pieces. Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic. Cube the chicken breast.
Add the chicken cube to the pressure cooker bowl and pan-fry for 4 minutes / 360°F|180°C each side. Remove and set aside.
Add the butter. onion, ginger, garlic, curry powder, garam masala, ground turmeric, paprika and tomato paste. Cook and keep stir it using the sauté mode for 5 minute / 360°F|180°C.
Add back the chicken and stock. Cook in high pressure cook mode for 4 minutes.
After the chicken is cooked, add the coconut milk, cream and salt. Mix well.
