A perfect way to save your leftover bread with Multo!
Ingredients
1 EA stale large white loaf
Directions
Roughly chop your stale white loaf into rough chunks, then add to the mixing bowl. Chop your bread with the measuring cup inserted for 1 minute / speed 8.
Spread your breadcrumbs onto a baking sheet and allow to dry out overnight.
You have made it!
Recipe Note
TIPS:
Make sure you use a stale loaf for this. If your bread is fresh, roughly chop the bread and place it at a low temperature in an oven to dry it out.
For golden breadcrumbs, try to roast your chopped breadcrumbs at 160°C / 320°F for 15 mins.
